Court Design & Site Preparation
Site prep is not a quick leveling job. An on-site evaluation checks slope, soil type, and drainage before any excavation begins. Grading, fill dirt, compaction, and retaining edges are each scoped separately so the base is stable before a surface is ever poured.

Lighting and fencing are scoped together before installation begins, covering pole placement, fixture angling for glare control, fence height, post footings, and conduit runs. Planning both scopes at once avoids a second site visit and keeps the project on a single timeline.
Court Resurfacing, Repairs & Maintenance
Restoration starts with a surface inspection and pressure wash to expose the full extent of cracking, low spots, and coating wear. Crack filler, patch binder, and a fresh acrylic color coat are applied in sequence, with each coat allowed to reach its cure interval before the next is added.

A conversion starts with a surface inspection to confirm the existing base is sound enough to reuse, avoiding a full tearout. Where the surface passes, crack repair and acrylic recoating are followed by pickleball line striping and net post installation at regulation height.
